When buying a townhome at The Ridge, you can choose among four floor plans.
- Eureka – Eureka is the largest of the four plans, offering 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and even some space for a creation of another bedroom and bathroom.
This floor plan is designed with “mountain contemporary” finishes, with vaulted ceilings, quartz countertops, custom cabinets, and two expansive stone fireplaces as main design highlights. Residents can look out to the Ogden Valley at their very own viewing deck. Townhomes with Eureka floor plans are usually the end units in a four-plex.
- Sunrise – The second largest of the floor plans, Sunrise townhomes also feature 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and plenty of space for expansion. The same “mountain contemporary” design is prevalent in this floor plan. Eureka and Sunrise are very similar; the main difference is only the square footage (Eureka is 3,458 sq. ft. while Sunrise is 3,343 sq. ft.
- Snowchaser– Snowchaser features 3,567 sq. ft. of living space, which includes 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a spacious master suite. Like its sisters, this floor plan is decked out in “mountain contemporary” elements, with the stone fireplace a beautiful focal point.
- Cobabe Canyon – Cobabe Canyon is the smallest among the floor plans, with 2,447 sq. ft. of living space to offer. It features 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, as well as a large bonus room you can turn however you please.
